engramor: B2B studio-management software for tattoo, piercing, nail & beauty studios

engramor (engramor.com and app.engramor.com) is a business-to-business (B2B) web application that professional tattoo, piercing, nail, beauty, lash & brow, and appointment-based studios use to run their business: online bookings, appointment reminders, digital consent forms, Stripe deposits and payments, customer CRM records, emails to customers and business reports, in one place. It is operated by Damianos Pappas in Greece (European Union) and is used by studio owners, their artists, technicians or specialists, and their front-desk staff, on a phone, tablet or computer.

This page and the rest of engramor.com are public: no account is needed to read them. Studios that use engramor sign in to their own workspace at app.engramor.com.

What studios do with engramor (Application Purpose)

  • Online booking page and studio app. Customers request an appointment with an artist, stylist, technician or specialist, answer service-specific questions (with optional photos), pick a time and pay a deposit via Stripe if the studio asks for one. Customers can also install the studio’s booking page to their phone’s home screen as a studio app and sign in to view their bookings.
  • Appointments, calendar and reminders. A calendar for the whole studio with working hours, stations, confirmation and reminder emails, calendar (.ics) files, a waitlist for cancelled slots and one-tap rebooking.
  • Digital consent forms and walk-ins. Customers read and sign the studio’s consent or intake form on their phone or via a walk-in QR code (with optional parent’s consent for under-age customers); the signed PDF with SHA-256 fingerprints is kept with the booking.
  • Payments, payouts and daily records. Each session’s price, deposit, tips and payment method, blind front-desk verification, studio expenses, close-the-day checklist, monthly team payout statements and PDF/CSV exports.
  • Customer records and reviews. Contact details (phone, email, Instagram), past visits, consent forms and notes on one card, plus private post-visit feedback and Google review reply drafts.
  • Emails to customers. Booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, automated aftercare, infill/refresh and win-back journeys, and targeted email campaigns with link tracking and one-click unsubscribe.
  • Insights, Outlook and AI helpers. Revenue, team performance, period comparisons, linked-studio views and self-learning monthly forecasts, plus optional Gemini AI business reports, “Ask your studio” Q&A and message drafts.

How engramor uses Google APIs & Google accounts

Connecting a Google account is optional and initiated by the user via Google OAuth 2.0. A studio or customer can use these features:

  • Send email with Gmail API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send). The studio owner signs in with Google so the studio's booking confirmations, reminders, deposit receipts and newsletters are sent from the studio's own Gmail address. engramor only sends these emails (gmail.send); it cannot read, view, search, modify or delete any email in the mailbox.
  • Back up to Google Drive API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file). The studio's own records, photos and signed PDF consent forms are copied to its Google Drive. engramor can only access the specific files it creates (drive.file) and cannot see or open any other files in Google Drive.
  • Sign in with Google (openid, email, profile) & Google Calendar. A studio's customers can sign in to the studio's booking page with their Google account to view their appointments, and studios can sync appointment times to a shared Google Calendar.

Google user data is used strictly for these user-facing features. It is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3), never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI/ML models, and the studio can disconnect at any time in Settings → Connections or via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

engramor's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See Privacy Policy, Section 4.

Compliance with Google APIs Terms of Service & Prohibition of AI NCII

engramor complies with the Google APIs Terms of Service. engramor does not use Google APIs (including Google Gemini, Vertex AI, Google Drive, Gmail, or Google Sign-In) or any artificial intelligence technology for AI NCII (AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery), sexually explicit imagery, nudity, or synthetic media (“deepfakes”).

engramor never creates, edits, or alters images of real people, faces, or bodies. Photos that studios or customers upload are never sent to an AI service. Optional AI features help with business administration tasks only: a written summary of the studio's own financial figures, draft text for emails or review replies that the studio edits before sending, and an abstract geometric colour-gradient background for the top of an email derived from the studio's brand colours. That background never contains people: the server-controlled request forbids people, faces, bodies and nudity, uses Google's strictest safety filters, and studios cannot enter custom image instructions.

Where the name comes from

Ένγραμμα (/en-grám-a/): from the Greek en- (in) and gramma (mark). In neuroscience an engram is a memory trace, a pattern kept in the brain for good. engramor is meant to be that for a studio: the lasting record of every session and every euro.

Flight recorders are not black but bright orange, because when things go wrong the record has to survive and be found. engramor’s orange box is the studio’s version: every booking, signature and payment written down once, checked, and kept.
