Question 1

What happens after the 30-day Beta?

Accepted Answer

Pick a plan and keep flying — or export your complete data and walk away. No lock-in. Early beta members lock in a lifetime early-bird rate lower than any public pricing.

Question 2

Is it hard to move from spreadsheets?

Accepted Answer

If you can log a session on a phone, you can use engramor. Import customers from a CSV and appointments from Google, iCloud or Outlook calendars, Calendly or any spreadsheet, read by AI — most studios are fully operational within an afternoon.

Question 3

Who owns my data?

Accepted Answer

You do. Always. You can export everything — sessions, consent forms, client records, expense history — at any time, in full, with no questions asked.

Question 4

Does it work for solo artists?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Solo Log is built for exactly that — one artist and one admin. Submit sessions, manage appointments, and store consent forms at a price that makes sense for a one-person operation.

Question 5

What about multiple studio locations?

Accepted Answer

Fleet Control includes two studios in the base price, then €49 per additional location. Each studio gets its own isolated data while one Master Admin dashboard sees across all of them.

Question 6

Is it available on mobile?

Accepted Answer

engramor is a fully responsive web app — it works on any device, any browser, no app download required. Artists submit sessions from the floor; owners check the dashboard from anywhere.
