Toggle between local server storage and S3-compatible Cloudflare R2: files already on disk keep loading while new ones go to the cloud. With Google Drive backup connected, session and expense photos reach the studio's own Drive at full size while the app keeps a smaller copy.

Privacy built in, not bolted on.

Export or erase a customer's data in one step and set how long it is kept. A security log records sign-ins and the kind of change each person made, never what they typed or looked at, and deletes itself after 90 days. Booking-page visits are counted without cookies.

The activity log keeps only the action name, the browser family and a shortened network address; only the platform can read it. Consent downloads and data erasures go to the audit log. Every saved secret (SMTP passwords, Stripe and Gemini keys, Drive tokens) is stored encrypted. Each studio sees exactly what its AI features send to Google under Settings, Customer data. Assistants connected through Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini sign in with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE, only hashes of their tokens are stored, and a password or role change ends every connection.

Artists never see other artists' customers or the studio's totals. Features are made available per studio and switched on by the owner, each with the requirements it needs checked first. Linked studios show combined figures under Insights, Studios, while every studio's records stay strictly isolated.

The whole database is backed up every night, checked, encrypted and stored away from the server, replacing the previous copy only once the new one is safe. Every scheduled job — reminders, automatic payments, the monthly AI review — is recorded, and anything that fails, gets stuck or starts late raises an alert.

Email delivery is watched per studio, database connections every minute, and the AI cost against what each studio pays. Every connection (app email, file storage, Stripe, Gemini, Google sign-in) can be checked against the service itself without changing anything. Production refuses to start with a missing or default secret.

Studio email details are tried on the mail server before they are saved, so a typo never replaces a working password. Plan and billing supports card payments, automatic monthly charges and self-service cancellation with a pro-rata refund; an unpaid or cancelled studio becomes read-only rather than losing data.
